Engender Health is leading global women’s health organization committed to ensuring that every pregnancy is planned, every child is wanted, and every mother has the best chance of survival.

The COP will be responsible for leading and managing the overall project. S/he will facilitate the development and implementation of project strategy and plans including ME&L. S/he will ensure excellent coordination and collaboration with USAID, public and private sector partners and stakeholders at the community, facility, district, and national levels. S/he must have a Master's degree in public health or related field, with 15 years of experience working in sexual and reproductive health (SRH) programming. S/he will have experience working as a senior manager for donor-funded health projects, preferably USAlD. Experience collaborating with central and local government officials, development partners, civil society and community-based organizations. Excellent past performance references are required (references must be provided, including email addresses).
