JOB DETAILS:
YOTV Channels is a TV streaming app that provides premium entertainment content to its subscribers in Uganda. We are currently seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.
Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat
• Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our subscribers
• Promoting our products and services to potential customers
• Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
