The United Nations Staff SACCO is a Savings and Credit Organization serving about 1800 members (all staff members or former staff of the United Nations) in and outside Uganda. The medium sized organization has been in operation for over 13 years. The SACCO employs a vibrant young team of about 06 fulltime staff members headed by the General Manager with the overall leadership of the Board of Directors represented by the Chairperson.

Overtime, the nomenclature and associated job descriptions, salary structure, and the general skills requirements in the existing jobs has necessitated that the SACCO conducts an Organizational Diagnostic with a Skills Audit, competency profiling and a complete Job Analysis to streamline and harmonize the Human Resource base with the new

UNS-SACCO direction, as provided for in the Strategic plan 2022-2026.

The SACCO therefore wishes to hire the services of a consultant to conduct the above described

exercise to be completed not later than end of November 2023.
