Job Purpose:
The Cameraman Reporter combines the responsibilities of capturing video footage and reporting on stories. This role involves field reporting, conducting interviews, and ensuring both visual and editorial quality of news and feature stories.

Main Responsibilities:
• Film, report, and edit content for news, features, and special assignments.
• Conduct on-camera interviews and provide voiceovers for video packages.
• Collaborate with editorial teams to identify and develop stories.
• Ensure timely delivery of content for broadcasts and digital platforms.
• Operate cameras and related equipment with precision for high-quality visuals.
• Assist with story scripting and video editing when required.
• Maintain accuracy and objectivity in reporting.
• Adhere to safety and ethical reporting standards.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Academic: Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Broadcast Media, or related field.
• Professional: Certification in Video Production or Field Reporting is an advantage.
• Experience: 2–4 years in field reporting and camera operations.

Core Competencies:
• Strong camera operation and video editing skills.
