The Embassy of Canada in Juba is pleased to invite offers for the contract of CFLI Co-ordinator. The successful bidder will oversee the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives for the 2017 and 2018.

The Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI) is an annual contribution by Global Affairs Canada aimed at providing funding to community groups, non-government organizations, civil society and in exceptional cases, international NGOs, and government institutions for small projects addressing governance, democracy, capacity-building, economic, and other social development issues.

General mandate
The CFLI Coordinator is responsible for carrying out project identification, project monitoring, and maintenance of files for Canada Fund projects, and for preparing appropriate Canada Fund approval documents and reports under the direction of the Head of Mission.
