JOB DETAILS:

Qualification and Person Specification
• A Degree in Business Administration with Accounting Option, Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Any training in Accounting software is an added advantage
• Officer of high caliber, dedication and integrity.
• Well-developed interpersonal and public relations skills
• Capacity to meet tight deadlines with efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities
i) Collect all revenue and make payments.
ii) Bank all the cash and cheques received intact.
iii) Coordinate the approval of requisitions by the relevant authority before payment.
iv) Keep track of imprest and keep the Accountant informed of its movements.
