JOB DETAILS:

Key roles and responsibilities:
• Set up the kitchen with all cooking utensils, equipment and study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.
• Prepare food in a timely manner and ensure appealing plate presentation 3. Monitor food stock and place orders
• Check freshness of the food, experiment with the recipes and suggest new ingredients
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area

Qualifications, experience and skills
• Diploma in hotel and Restaurant hospitality management with minimum of 2-3 years hands on work experience in the kitchen as a chef or cook
• Excellent time management and up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Associate Degree
