JOB DETAILS:
Chemicals Technical Specialist
• College degree or above In a business/oilfield chemical and any other relevant major.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Oil & Gas Industry and 3 years' experience in AMOS system operation.
• Assist in risk management, internal control system management, comprehensive management, and enterprise culture construction. Must be familiar with cementing chemicals, drilling and completion chemicals, and solids control chemicals.
• Will be required to build chemical technical standards based on a formula and the quality of the local product.
• Evaluate chemicals technical status of the local company and advise how to build and improve the technical management to meet the oilfield development requirement.
• Must evaluate chemical technical status of international companies and suggest to company to transfer technology and OA & QC to local companies as JV's or other models.
• Must ensure that all procurement activities are performed in an ethical. transparent, and fair manner and are efficient and cost-effective when dealing with outside suppliers.
• Must independently complete the procurement process. i.e., sourcing, prequalification, tendering, negotiation, PO/contract awarding, and PO/Contract execution.
