JOB DETAILS:
East African Premier Investments Limited (EAPIL) is a private microfinance company limited by shares. EAPIL is established by law. with a valid license for non-deposit taking institution, to do sustainable and competitive business in the Republic of Uganda and the East Africa region, thus contribute to the Private Sector Driven Economy of the country.
Applications are therefore invited from suitable candidates to fill the position of a CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing the company under the corporate management guidelines and principles and the responsibilities, though not limited to, are as follows:
• Overall Management and Governance
• Strategic Planning and Business Development
• Communications and External Stakeholder Relations
• Policy & Strategy Management
• Credit Service and Operations management.
• Finance & Accounts management.
• Administration and Human Capital Management

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum qualification: Master's degree in business administration, Micro Finance. and any other related disciplines
• Minimum of 7 years experience in a reputable Tier IV Micro finance Institution regulated by UMRA in which 3 years have been at Executive Management level.
• A professional qualification in Credit and Risk Management or Microfinance.
• Appreciation of software applications used in microfinance.

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
