JOB DETAILS:
Mountains of the Moon University (MMU), a public university established in 2022, invites applications for the following position:
Chief Human Resource Management
• Salary Scale: PU3
• Age Limit: 55 years and below
• No. of Posts: 1
• Purpose: Provide leadership and oversee HR strategy and direction.
Qualifications
• Master's degree in HR Management or related field; Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline required.
• 8 years’ experience in HR (4 years at senior level).
Experience and Competencies
• Leadership, planning, communication, and organizational skills.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 96
Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
