Job Title: Chief Operation Officer
Reports to: Widescope board
Directly supervises: 6 Managers
We are searching for a visionary, self-driven and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team! As C.O.O of Widescope Finance Limited, you will optimize overall Company operating capabilities and maximize client retention and satisfaction. The C.O.O will assist in compiling the Company’s budget, financial reports and team up with management to implement business strategies. To ensure success you should have a clear understanding of the Company’s core values and culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES;
• Spearheading strategies to steer Widescope Finance Limited’s future in a positive direction. Acts as a strategic partner on the leadership team and works closely with the team to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
• Coaches and develops the team to ensure they are delivering against key business metrics. Looks for methods to improve quality, efficiency and productivity, reduce costs, increase profits, or improve control measures.
• Works collaboratively to develop and/or improve systems, processes, controls and procedures that improve the overall efficiency of the Company and insure excellent client service.
• Driving the Company’s operating capabilities to surpass client satisfaction and retention, and Company goals.
• Controlling Company costs.
• Demonstrates a willingness to take on new tasks with a general attitude that no task is too small, impossible, or cannot be improved.
• Monitoring money handling procedures, accounting and bank processes.
• Assisting in preparing timely and accurate Company financial performance reports.
• Overseeing the business operations and implementing better business practices.
• Delegating responsibilities among managers to ensure members grow and optimize their capabilities.
• Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
• Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures. Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
• Manage relationships with all Company clients.
• And other duties assigned to you by your supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. An MSc /MBA or a certification in accounting is a plus
• 5 years proven working experience as C.O.O or relevant field
• Proven experience in project management
• Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous complex enterprise
• Proven record of managing complex budgets successfully
• Outstanding verbal and written skills and experience working with staff on all levels
• Ability to male business projections three years into the future
