JOB DETAILS:
Madhvani Group, a leading, international, professionally managed industrial / service group in East Africa, with diverged operations seeks to urgently recruit the following senior position for their Group Company M/s industrial Security Services Limited. The company Head Quarter is located at Jinja and having clients across the country with 1600 guard force with Kennel and CID Sections.

Chief Security Officer;
Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for overall security oi the Division Company under his command, providing technical services & meet customer needs/requirements on a continual basis, review and implement control systems, providing technical expertise as well a functional expertise to clients, coordinating with police and local bodies in legal cases, training to upgrade skill levels of staff and timely submission of MIS reports etc. The incumbent should be a graduate with 10 years of similar experience in a security company / industry of which, five years should be as chief Security Officer /Security Manager. He should have extensive knowledge and exposure to latest security methods and systems.
