JOB DETAILS:
Full Gospel Churches of Uganda seeks to recruit competent candidates to fill the positions of Child Development Officer in charge of Sponsor Donor Relations -SDR ( 1 Post), in charge of Health (3Posts) and Project Director (1 post) in their child development holistic ministries in Amudat, Moroto & Rukungiri districts.
Reporting Relationship:
The Project Director reports to the Project Overseer.
The CDO-SDR & CDO-Health report to the Project Director.
Job Summary:
1. Project Director:
This person will be the team leader of the project staff, & is thus expected to offer knowledge, guidance and technical support to staff, children & the project committee.
He/She is to ensure that all programmatic aspects of the project are managed efficiently & effectively.
Lead and support staffs in preparation and implementation of plans and budgets. Support, monitor and build capacity of project team to enable them achieve their job roles. .

Requirements:
• Age: 25 - 35 years
• Christian maturity characterized by a strong Christian testimony, a heart for ministry and knowledge of the scriptures.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
• At least two years’ experience in community related work especially dealing with children.
• A minimum of a Degree in Social Work and Social Administration, Education, Nursing, Development studies, Community Psychology, Child Ministry and any other related field.
• Must be able to use a computer,
• Ability to learn new things and work beyond normal working hours as need may arise.
