JOB DETAILS:
Nationwide Properties (U) Ltd is a property development company. The Company is inviting applications from suitable candidates for a position of CLERK OF WORKS (C.O.W). .

His/her main roles, among others, shall be;
• Check on quality of site works and materials
• To be the eyes and ears of the developer on site
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly site progress reports
• Coordinate site activities with the contractors and the consultants

Job Skills: Not Specified

The preferred candidate should be 25 years and above with a Diploma or degree in either Civil/structural Engineering, Construction management or Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 5 years working experience. Site experience with a construction or property development firm will be an added advantage. We need a candidate who is self motivated, a team player, able to meet deadlines and who will participate in the development & growth of this company.
