lntraHealth International ( www.intrahealth.org ) is currently seeking to recruit a candidate for the USAID Regional Health Integration to Enhance Services in Eastern Uganda (RHITES-E} that supports the Government of Uganda (GOU) and key stakeholders to increase availability and utilization of high quality health services in 25 districts in Eastern Uganda and 5 in Karamoja. This is done by strengthening health systems and improving the quality of, access to, and demand for health services with attention to equity and underserved populations.
Post: Cluster Technical Manager- Karamoja (Moroto).

IntraHealth seeks a Cluster Technical Manager (CTM) for Karamoja sub-region for the USAID Regional Health Integration to Enhance Services in Eastern Uganda (RHITES—E}. The Cluster Technical Manager's summary role is to provide leadership and management of USAID RHITES-E interdisciplinary activities within the designated five (5) districts in Karamoja Cluster. He/she will be responsible for overall planning, coordination, and implementation of USAID RHITES-E supported activities within the cluster in a manner that empowers communities, health workers and districts leaders in line with lntrahealth International and USAID RHITES-E performance standards.
