JOB DETAILS:
Regen Harvests empowers smallholder farmers in Uganda by providing Crop Advance Payments and connecting them to reliable markets. We’re hiring a Community Agent in Nawaikoke Sub-County to bridge farmers and our organization.

About the Role
You’ll engage farmers, monitor production, coordinate harvests, ensure quality, and support logistics. You’ll also negotiate prices, provide market intelligence, and handle admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities
• Build farmer relationships and monitor advance usage.
• Coordinate harvests, logistics, and post-harvest quality checks.
• Negotiate fair prices and provide market intelligence.
• Ensure produce meets quality standards and train farmers.
• Manage admin tasks and support community security.

Qualifications
• A-Level education or equivalent.
• Resident of Nawaikoke Sub-County.
• Trustworthy with verifiable LC letters and recommendations.
• Basic farming, logistics, and community engagement knowledge.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

KPIs
• Weekly visits to 20+ farmers.
• 95% on-time produce delivery.
• 90% produce meets quality standards.
• Train 50 farmers per quarter on post-harvest handling.
