Key responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar with support from the Graphics Designer, schedule posts and Ad campaigns to ensure consistent online presence
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the community in a positive and helpful manner.
• Analyze social media metrics and report on performance, adjusting strategies as needed
• Build and nurture a strong and supportive online community
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, Ads management and related tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for engaging with online communities.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics.
