JOB DETAILS:
Bayport Financial Services (U) Ltd, a multinational, leading non-deposit taking financial institution is looking to hire dynamic qualified and skilled individuals to fill the following post:
Compliance Manager
This role will have general oversight of the Risk and Compliance function of the business and report to the CEO, with strong dotted line reporting to Group Support Executives. .

Minimum Qualifications
• Honor’s Degree in Quantitative Economics, Statistics, Commerce, Finance, Law or any related field.

Desired/Preferred Requirements
• Honor’s Degree in Quantitative Economics, Statistics, Commerce, Finance, Law or any related field.
• Professional qualification in Risk / Compliance including but not limited to FRM, PRM
• Masters‘ Degree is an added advantage

Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• 3 years in Management role in Governance, Risk and Compliance universe.
• Financial Services experience is advantageous.

Desired/Preferred Requirements:
• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience, with 5 years’ experience in Management role within the Governance, Risk and Compliance universe.
• Strong knowledge of the Financial institutions’ Regulatory guidelines
• Extensive experience in formulation of policies and procedures
• An analytical mindset with excellent organizational Skills
