JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Construction Worker to assist with building, repairing, and maintaining structures. The ideal candidate will have basic construction knowledge, follow safety protocols, and work well in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building, demolition, and renovation projects.
• Load/unload materials and prepare construction sites (clearing debris, digging trenches).
• Operate hand/power tools (e.g., drills, saws, hammers) under supervision.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members.
• Adhere to safety guidelines (wear PPE, secure work zones).
• Perform basic tasks like mixing concrete, framing, or installing drywall.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6+ months in construction (or willingness to train).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long hours, and work outdoors.
• Basic Skills: Familiarity with tools, measurements, and construction materials.
• Safety-Conscious: Knowledge of OSHA standards is a plus.
• Team Player: Good communication and reliability.
• Licenses/Certs: Valid driver’s license or equipment certifications (e.g., forklift) preferred but not required.
