The purpose is to outline the scope and objectives for developing Water Resources Management (WRM) information and specific Knowledge Management (KM) guidelines for Uganda. The project aims to improve the collection, management, and accessibility of water- related information to support sustainable water resources management and decision-making processes in the country.
The assignment will be executed over a period of 3 calendar months.
The Ministry of Water and Environment now invites eligible individual consultants to indicate interest in providing these services. Interested Individual Consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills, etc.). To qualify for shortlisting the individual consultant must have carried out at least three (03) assignments that are similar in nature and scope in the last 5 years.
Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank's Procurement Policy for Bank Group Funded Operations, dated October 2015" which is available on the Bank's website at http://www.afdb.org
Interested individuals may obtain further information at the address below during office hours (0900 to 1700 hours). Sealed Expression of Interest (03 copies sealed in a single envelope) must be delivered to the address below by 16th November, 2023 at 11:00 am Local Time. Envelopes must be clearly marked "Consultancy Services for Individual Consultant for Development of Water Resources Management Information and Knowledge Management Guidelines for Uganda under SACRIAC Project".
