JOB DETAILS:
Position Overview:
ULA developed draft learning products that include a photo journal, lessons learned booklet, technical briefs and success stories to document the various efforts and package the lessons learned for wider sharing and learning. To this effect, ULA is seeking services of an individual consultant to review and finalize these products for USAID, implementing partners and Ministry of Health audiences to inform ongoing programs.

Level of Effort Expectations:
This position is expected to have an LOE of 25 days.

Responsibilities:
• Review all the draft products and repurpose them to the current context to communicate priorities, USAID investments, achievements and lessons learned.
• Review the draft photo journal and improve it to develop exposure stories for the USAID audience.
• Improve existing infographics or develop new ones using available data, testimonials and success stories for final publication, as guided by the COVID-19 response team.
• Capture additional content where possible and analyze existing data to generate evidence that supports stories, the lessons learned booklet and technical briefs.
• Obtain Ministry of Health input to ensure buy-in for the knowledge products, especially the lessons learned booklet, technical briefs and selected success stories.

Deliverables:
• A lesson learned booklet on COVID-19 response in Uganda - highlighting efforts, milestones, challenges and recommendations for the various actors
• Finalized technical briefs
• Written success stories
• A photo journal – highlighting important milestones in the COVID-19 response, including testimonials and key achievements
