ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND
Friends of Christ Revival Ministries Uganda (FOC-REV) is a non-governmental, nonprofit making, non —political, inter-denominational charitable organization that was established in 1999 by a group of volunteers as a response to a crisis caused by HIV &AIDS and poverty in rural communities in Uganda. FOCREV Uganda exists to work with the poor and marginalized rural people to improve their livelihood and increase self-reliance through education support, health services advocacy, food security and networking.

FOCREV has entered into partnership with Catholic Relief Services to implement Sustainable Out Come for Children and Youth interventions in Hoima and Luwero Districts Over a period of two Years and would like to recruit competent and qualified people to till the following vacant positions.

Job Title: COORDINATOR – YOUTH PARTNERSHIPS
Reporting: To Project Manager
Duty Station :( Luwero District)

JOB Purpose
The Coordinator Youth and Partnerships will be responsible for conducting post-training supervision and mentoring of the Youth and Partnership officers to ensure proper mentorship of the youth groups,
PROJECT COORDINATOR-YOUTH& PARTNERSHIPS

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Support and supervise Project Officer Youth and Partnerships in their duties
  
• Provide structured support to business development service providers (Artisans and trainers)
  
• Organize district-level meetings to engage public and private sector players for youth activities
  
• Ensure that delivery of technical training packages is of high quality, is appropriate to the local context (use of local language and local examples), and is effectively reaching the intended beneficiaries

Required skills and Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Development Studies, Education, Social Sciences or related qualifications
  
• At least 3 years‘experience and knowledge in working with vulnerable children and/or youth.
  
• Knowledge of youth legislation, regulations, policies and procedures for involving youth in community activities.
  
• Ability to manage a team
