Position summary;
As a coordinator, you are the Chief Executive officer of a network of farmers and agro-dealers in Masindi region. Your main responsibilities are to guide the execution of programs and projects, ensure financial vaibility and policy advocacy,andengage and coordinate with other partners. You are accountable to the chairperson board of directors

Your key duties will be;
• Promoting teamwork among all MADFA staff and boards of the affiliated companies (MADFA SACCO, MSFA, MASCO, and MSGGL), you will handle the human resources of the organization,
• lead the advocacy and fund raising efforts and initiatives for the organizational development and strengthening, represent,
• communicate and network with others on behalf of the organization, reporton financial and progress status of the organization as the accounting officer,
• manage the reputation and relationships of the organization and protect the assets and documents of the organization for the General Secretary.

The position requires the following;
• A minimum professional qualification of a bachelors degree in agriculture or in a related field,
• with five (5) years of managerial experience in a similar position of an agricultural organization,
• with computer proficiency, resource mobilizer,team leader, motivator and supervisor.
• Has ability to implement, monitor, and evaluate programs and projects.
• Represent the organization at policy influence forum for the interest of farmers.
