Genius Hub is a Human Capital Solutions Firm that specializes in talent search and placement of highly skilled individuals for clients in East Africa. We are looking for highly motivated and knowledgeable individuals for our client, a Cambridge Curriculum Institution as Principal, Human Capital Co-ordinator and Corporate Communications Co-ordinator.

Role: The Corporate Communications Co-ordinator undertakes a planned and systematic management function that deals with external public relations and Communications of the School. The major accountabilities and roles are described below: .

Key Accountabilities:
• Brand Management and organizational identity;
• Management and control all Stakeholders' communications;
• Strategic Reputational Risk Management;
• Contributing to increased enrollment through marketing and promotional campaigns;
• Training and Sensitizing of the stakeholders on communication related matters;
• Provide technical leadership in Public Relations, communications, marketing and marketing research in liaison with the Principal;
• Co-ordinate the School service charter and promote institutional values on and off campus;
• Handling and drafting media policies;
• Developing and implementing an effective community engagement strategy; Information Management & Orientation of the stakeholders;
• Organizing and attending
• promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits; and
• Managing the School websites, social media and writing and/or producing presentations, reports, articles, leaflets, journals and brochures for both external and internal distribution. .

Job Skills: Not Specified

Qualification / Experience:
• Honors degree in Business related course, Media Studies, Marketing or Behavioral sciences is essential.
• Marketing postgraduate qualification is desirable.
• Work experience form Public Relations, marketing, fundraising, events promotion and/or Journalism industry is an added advantage.
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar industry
