Job Summary: SurePay Limited is looking for proactive and skilled sales and relationship manager capable of driving revenue growth by developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing relationships with clients and or partners.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients focusing on large organizations or businesses with significant purchasing power.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers within target companies to building trust and secure deals. Be the key contact person for close institutions
Understand the specific needs and challenges of potential clients and tailot make pitches and product demos to bring value to the client.
Presenting solutions and negotiate terms with clients. This requires strong requires strong communication and negotiation skills.
Successfully close deals and secure contracts. This involves follow up and addressings rejections.
Providing ongoing support and ensuring client satisfaction to foster loyalty, upsetting and repeat business.
Track sales performance, analyzing market trends, and identifying new opportunities that lead to more growth
Gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into service demands for support functions.
Identifyand mitigate potential risks related to business-support interactions.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Management of any related course.
5+ years of experience in sales or business management. Preferred Attributes:
Business analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
