Position Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cosmetics Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty products, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong desire to exceed sales targets. As a Cosmetics Salesperson, you will be responsible for engaging customers, offering personalized beauty advice, and driving sales of our cosmetics and skincare products.

Key Responsibilities
• Customer Engagement: Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, assess their beauty needs, and provide expert guidance on cosmetic and skincare product selection.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the beauty industry and have in-depth knowledge of our cosmetic products. Be able to explain product features, benefits, and ingredients to customers.
• Sales: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through effective product recommendations and upselling techniques. Build and maintain a loyal customer base.
• Stock Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, restocking shelves, and ensuring that products are well-organized and attractively displayed.
• Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback and insights to improve our product offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications
• Must have a degree/diploma in cosmetology or any other related course.
• Proven experience in cosmetics sales or a related field is a plus.
• Must be fluent in the English language.
• Must have the legal right to work in Uganda.
