Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Finance Profecional with exceptional skills in financial management and a keen eye for detail. This position requires a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in high-level financial roles and an ability to navigate the complexities of financial operations in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will lead the financial planning, budgeting, and strategic support necessary to drive the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the finance and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
• Deliver timely and precise financial reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Conduct thorough budgeting and forecasting to guide strategic decisions.
• Establish and maintain strict internal controls in alignment with group policies.
• Develop comprehensive financial reports and present strategic recommendations to executive management.
• Ensure adherence to local tax laws and all financial legal requirements.
• Support the Country Manager with daily operational finance activities.
• Enhance the finance team's effectiveness and manage the integration of new business ventures.
• Strategically oversee financial aspects of business expansions and investments.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified as a CA or ACCA.
• At least five years in a leadership role within financial management, preferably in a multinational setting.
• Experience in commodity distribution or similar sectors is preferred.

• Advanced Excel and data presentation capabilities.
• Leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and manage teams.
• Capable of working independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
