Role Description
This is a project based role for a Creative Director. The Creative Director will be responsible for overseeing creative projects, developing creative strategies, and ensuring brand alignment in all visual communications. Day-to-day tasks include guiding the art direction, managing graphic design projects, and collaborating with other departments to ensure cohesive design standards. This is a hybrid role based in Kampala, implying that some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy
- Experience in Branding and Art Direction
- Proficiency in Graphic Design
- Proven leadership abilities and excellent project management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
