Our loan products are specially tailored for our MSME community, including business loans, agricultural loans, logbook financing, school fees loans, small enterprise loans, boda boda loans, asset financing, financial consultancy, and many more.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit Officer microloans. The Credit Officer will be responsible for analyzing credit applications, assessing creditworthiness and risk, managing loan disbursement and repayment, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing financial advice to clients. The Credit Officer will also maintain accurate client records and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Analytical skills
• Finance knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Experience in the microfinance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
