• Degree in Business Administration, Management studies, Consumer studies, marketing or Hospitality
• 5 years proven experience in customer service
• Ability to think strategically and lead a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• Good knowledge of social medical dynamics
Job Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree
