JOB DETAILS:
Job description
• Warmly receive customers and direct them according to their needs
• Assist customers with their banking needs and inquiries
• Assist clients in account opening and loan application
• Develop strategies for marketing the Sacco and boosting sales performance with the aim of achieving the institution's financial targets Actively participate in field marketing and loan recovery
• Support back-end branch operations.

Eligibility criteria
Education
• Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting and Finance, Economics, or other related field, a course related to sales and marketing would be an added advantage for the position of customer care/sales.
• At least 6 months of relevant working experience/ training in customer service, sales, or marketing in a financial institution or relevant field .


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 6

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
