Position: Dean of Boys

Qualifications:
• Must have successfully completed Senior 6.
• Must be a devoted Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) by religion.

Responsibilities:
• As the Dean of Boys at Fairmont High School-Mukono, you will play a crucial role in the overall well-being and academic success of our male students. Your responsibilities will include:
• Student Guidance: Provide guidance and counseling to male students, helping them navigate academic challenges and personal development.
• Discipline and Behavior Management: Implement and enforce school policies to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment, with a particular focus on boys' behavior.
• Academic Support: Monitor the academic progress of male students, identify areas of improvement, and coordinate interventions when necessary.
• Mentorship: Act as a mentor and role model, fostering a positive and respectful atmosphere among students.
• Community Engagement: Collaborate with parents, teachers, and the school administration to create a supportive network for boys' development.

Requirements:
• Strong commitment to the Seventh-day Adventist faith.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with young people and helping them thrive.
• Integrity, empathy, and a genuine interest in the welfare of students.
• Previous experience in a similar educational role is an advantage.
