Duties and Responsibilities:
• Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company's
goals and marketing objectives. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target audience
personas, content themes, and messaging strategies.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, original content for digital platforms including website, blog,
social media, email newsletters, and digital advertising. Create a wide range of content types such as
articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, animations, and interactive experiences.
• Visual Storytelling: Conceptualize and create visually stunning graphics, images, and videos that
effectively communicate key messages and engage the audience. Ensure all visual content adheres to
brand guidelines and reflects the company's values and identity.
• Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media channels including but not limited to
Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Plan and schedule content calendars, monitor
engagement, and actively engage with the online community to foster relationships and drive
conversations.
• SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve
organic visibility. Conduct keyword research, optimize metadata, and monitor performance metrics to
continually refine content strategies and drive traffic to digital assets.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and
marketing automation platforms to track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital content
initiatives. Provide regular insights and recommendations to optimize content performance and achieve
marketing KPIs.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing,
sales, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment of content strategies with
business objectives. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed to support
content production and distribution efforts.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a related field.
Skills: Excellent writing, editing and visual content creation skills; ability to work independently and
collaboratively; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Software: Proficient in content management systems (CMS), social media scheduling tools, and graphic
design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud).
