Since establishing the Renew Capital presence in Africa in 2012, we have been pioneering an innovative blended-finance model that partners with the development community and focuses on investing in high-growth small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This blended-finance model allows us to invest in smaller deals that are often overlooked by larger investors but are too big for microfinance. We then help these companies build disciplined, gender-smart and climate-smart management systems and teams and grow them into market leading companies. ROLE SUMMARY
As a digital marketing associate at Renew Capital, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing digital marketing strategies to promote our brand and product. You will play a crucial role in driving online traffic to our website, increasing brand awareness, improving our social media engagement and ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
• Manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, Hubspot and social media.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
• Collaborate with the Media Co team to create engaging content for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and values.
• Oversee the management of our website and social media, ensuring it is optimized for user experience, SEO and conversion rate optimization.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the curve in digital marketing practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree program in marketing, communications, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification in digital marketing is a plus.
• 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, Adobe and content management systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
