Job Title: Director ICT & Research
Reports To: Executive Director Department: ICT & Research.

Job Responsibilities:
• Main Purpose Responsible for the development, governance and management of research functions and ICT services across the Organization.
• The role provides strategic and administrative leadership to the functional delivery of high quality ICT services and research and operationalizes ICT and data applications to deliver optimal performance.

Job Skills:
• Strong technical acumen with an adept understanding of technological/ICT trends
• Passionate and highly skilled in research
• Demonstrated ability to get to the essence of a new concept quickly.
• Project Management skills including design and implementation of ICT projects

Job Qualifications:
• A Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field in Science and Technology,Project Management
• Experience of at least 10 years of working of which five (5) years should be in senior management/leadership experience in a corporate setting.
• Vast and successful experience in managing multiple
• ICT disciplines and bringing together diverse functions to achieve excellent results in a user focused environment.
• Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, project planning, risk management and budgeting, including the deployment of resources to achieve objectives and quality
• Experience in excellent stakeholder management, including successfully managing complex stakeholder relations.
• Good understanding of the major components supporting a complex shared ICT service;
