JOB DETAILS:
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY / TASK
Products Delivery Management:
• Ensure goods loaded tally with the Loading Sheet.
• Proper handling and timely delivery of goods to outlets listed in the route plan, preventing breakages, melting, and losses.
• Verify that all received goods are in good order and condition, and pack special items according to set specifications (e.g., whipping cream, chocolate).Sort Goods Receipt Notes (damages) with the Supervisor.

Collection:
• Collect cheques as per Credit Control Dept. guidance when needed.

Time Management:
• Ensure timely delivery in accordance with the route plan.
• Record delivery timings on the route plan.

Report Preparation and Maintenance of Records:
• Record temperatures as per recommended FSSC guidelines.
• Ensure all delivery documents (cash sale, invoice, delivery note, sample notes, freezer documents) are signed and stamped by customers, submitting them to the delivery supervisor.
• Communicate and promptly resolve any disputes or issues arising during the delivery of goods.

Others:
• Assist in loading/offloading of goods.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

• Diploma in any Business Management Field.
• Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in delivery and logistics.

• Team player.
