Background Information:
Century Bottling Company Limited (CBC), a Franchise Bottler and Distributor of Coca-Cola products (Coca-Colo, Fanta, Sprite, Krest, Stoney. Schweppes, Novida, Minute Maid, Dasani) in Uganda is sourcing tor new distributors. CBC invites applications for the respective geographical territories below:
Northern Region: Masindi, Migyera, Kamdlnl, Amolatar and Moroto.

Requirements:
The prospective distributor must be a limited liability company or a registered business and ready to offer distribution services under its business name: We shall require the following:
• Legal and certified documents: Certificate at Incorporation, Trading license, URA registration certificate for TIN, VAT and Income Tax, Articles of Association, Company Form 7/20
• Directors‘personal ID documents (NIN, Passport copy. driving license) and attach 2 Passport size photographs for each director.
• Recommendation from Business associates/ referees/ Local Councils.
• Brief company profile Must demonstrate financial strength by availing:
• Running capital of UGX 150m - 300m supported by a bank statement for the past 6 months.

Required Infrastructure:
• Distribution capability - Trucks, Tri-cycle, etc. , as may be dictated by the area plus proof of ownership
• Strategic storage space of for 5.000 - 8000coses depending on the area.
• Office equipment: a desktop computer, modem
• Human Resource – staff
