Job application procedure
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the vacant posts currently available in Lira District Local Government and Lira Municipal Council. Application forms (PSC Form 3) can be obtained from the Public service Commission Kampala and District service commissions countrywide plus all Local Government headquarters.

The application forms should be submitted in triplicate to: The Secretary, District Service Commission, P.O Box 49, Lira not later than 4thMay, 2018.

Hand written applications are also acceptable. Applicants are free to apply for a maximum of two posts. Applicants should attach certified photocopies of their academic certificates, plus three (3) copies of recent passport size photograph. Serving officers should route their applications through their Heads of Institutions who should be informed of the closing date to avoid delay. Only short listed applicants shall be contacted.
