JOB DETAILS:
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Once assigned to a cohort, commit to teaching one full class (6 hours) every week during the Entrepreneur Academy Short Course program (4-6 weeks) OR one full class (3.5 hours) every week during the Aspire Launchpad program (9 weeks)
• Fully prepare for each of the classes trained including reviewing all of the content pertaining to the weeks taught, reviewing presentations along with scripts prior to class, and ensuring that all items necessary are ready for the class
• Cultivate an enabling environment for learning and promote behavioral change that supports entrepreneurs to put ideas into action and grow their businesses
• Understand that Sinapis is a Christian organization, and that more than 25% of the curriculum is focused on Kingdom Business and helping the entrepreneur integrate faith with business
• Participate in quarterly trainer meet-ups for professional development
• Demonstrate the Sinapis core values of being relational, excellent, joyful, open-handed, innovative, Christ-centered, eager to serve, and a wise steward (REJOICES)

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• For the Entrepreneur Academy, you are a practitioner and expert with at least 5 years of experience in the field that you are looking to train
• For the Aspire Launchpad, you have at least 3 years of experience running a business with a firm grasp on all that entails
• You have over 2 years of experience in teaching or training, preferably adult training
• You are a professing Christian with a passion for the integration of business and faith
• You are personable and sociable and can easily engage entrepreneurs for a 4- to 6-hour class
• You have an entrepreneurial drive and experience as an entrepreneur
• You are available to conduct trainings for at least 2-3 Saturdays per month
