JOB DETAILS:
Job duties:
• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upgrading of school buildings, grounds, and infrastructure.
• Manage utilities, including water, electricity, and waste disposal, ensuring efficiency and sustainability.
• Supervise and coordinate with contractors and service providers for specialized projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).
• Practical experience in water systems, plumbing, and electrical maintenance.
• Professional certification in facilities or estates management is an added advantage.
