We act to recruit on behalf of our client - one of the leading private companies in Power line Installations, Electrical, Plumbing and other construction installation activities.

Job Summary: The Executive Director is responsible for managing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. This position reports directly to the Chairperson Board of Directors. The Executive Director is responsible for the performance of the company, as dictated by the board’s overall strategy. S/he will have overall responsibility to ensure good governance, monitoring of projects implementation and compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet client requirements and keep the company proitable.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting; Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Accounting Option); or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Professional accounting/audit qualifications (ACCA/CPA etc.) shall be an added advantage

Skills and Experience
• A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar position managing a SME is desirable.
• Significant experience in Project Planning and Management.
• Computer proficiency; highly competent using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
