JOB DETAILS:
Bayport Financial Services (U) Ltd, a multi-national, leading non-deposit taking financial institution is looking to hire a dynamic, highly qualified and skilled individual to fill its Executive Head of Finance post.
This role will have general oversight of the Finance function of the business and report to the CEO. .

Minimum Qualifications
• Honor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Full ACCA, CPA. CIMA.

Desired/Preferred Requirements
• Honors Degree in Accounting/Internal Audit/Financial Management/Risk Management.
• Completed or studying towards Certified Financial Services Auditor designation.
• M.B.A is an added advantage.

Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Financial Services experience is advantageous.

Desired/Preferred Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, with 5 years’ experience in Senior Management role within the Finance function.
• High volume transactional processing.
• Financial institution experience will be an added advantage.
• Involvement with high pressure month end closure.
• IFRS based as well as Executive reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; must also have strong attention to detail.
