JOB DETAILS:
Responsibility % Contribution to job’s performance
• To conduct repairs, maintenance, welding and fabrication of equipment at the factory to ensure smooth running of the production process. 40%
• To lead the maintenance team to ensure that factory machines and equipment are in good working conditions. 20%
• To prepare and review maintenance records to ensure that all data systems/tools are used as per the set standards. 20%
• To lead the health, safety, and environment team to ensure compliance of the set occupational health and safety procedures to ensure the working environment is safe. 10%
• Any other roles added from time to time concerning departmental objectives 10%

Qualifications and Experience:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Diploma in Industrial fine Art or any related field from a recognized institution
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English

Level of Education: Associate Degree
