Multi Community Based Development Initiative (MUCOBADI) is a local NGO founded in 2000 by Community Development Volunteers to bring development, particularly to support people living with HIV to be productive. MUCOBADI is registered as a Non-Government Organization (S.5914/7259) and is incorporated as a company limited by Guarantee.

MUCOBADI has been implementing the USAID/ICARE project in East Central Uganda, targeting 47,871 OVC and caregivers across 10 districts of Jinja, Kamuli, Mayuge, Bugiri, Iganga, Bugweri, Namutumba, Luuka, Kaliro, and Namayingo. Due to the stop work executive order by ICARE Activity, we are closing all activities.

As we approach the closure of the ICARE Activity, we kindly request all suppliers to submit their pending invoices along with any necessary supporting documents no later than 12th April 2025.

To ensure smooth processing and timely payments, please make sure that:

✓ Invoices are correct and addressed to USAID/ICARE/MUCOBADI.
✓ All required supporting documents (delivery notes, receipts, guest registers, completion certificates etc.) are attached.
✓ Submission is made to procurement@mucobadi.org
