JOB DETAILS:
Our client is a reputable company in the manufacturing industry seeking to recruit Finance Manager to oversee the function of finance department. The potential person we are looking for is a dynamic and result oriented professional with extensive experience in corporate accounting knowledge. .

Main duties of the position:
• Provide leadership for the finance team
• Play a key role in budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
• Preparation and review of monthly business review performance reports
• Financial modeling, analysis and presentation of findings to management team
• Implement the business strategy plan of the company
• Provide technical advice to the management team
• Oversee the effectiveness of internal controls in the company
• Coordinate the different departments on matters relating to best practices of financial management

Qualifications and experience required:
• Must have obtained a first degree in accounting and finance from a reputable university
• Have a master’s degree in accounting and finance
• Level two of CPA
Experience:
Five years post qualification experience working in a busy manufacturing/processing company
Strong computer knowledge; word, access and excel, Knowledge and use of QuickBooks software is an added advantage

Other qualities:
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Strong analytical, modeling and commercial reporting skills
• Very good verbal and written communication skills

Experience in Months: 60
