The Uganda Episcopal Conference (LEC), the legal body of Catholic Bishops of Uganda with funding from Centers for Diseases Control and Prevention (CDC) la implementing the Comprehensive HIV Epidemic Contral project through FBQ/PNFP health faciles in the seven CDC supported regions within Uganda. The project supports PNFP facts In
Kampala, Mubende Sorati, Holma, West Nile and Rwenzon regions. would like to fill the following position with quality and highly motivated candidates able to work with a dynamic project team at the Uganda Cathollo Secretariat. Reports To: Finance and Compliance Manager

Job Summary:
The holder provides contracts and grants support to sub grantees and ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the cooperative the agreement and guidelines of the LEC grants manual, donor rules and regulations, Identity compliance analy the causes of gaps, and work with grante and management to bulia capacity enhance general awareness of compliance issues, and assist with the development of action plans that address gap and strengthen internal control systems and procedures in an amint manner Lead capacity building activities to improve grant management and compliance to USC rules and regulations including development of grant agreement templates and training materials.
