Job Description
The Finance and Operations Manager will have primary responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day financial management and operations of Geneva Global Uganda's Gulu ofiice while also monitoring the financial accounting, reporting, and operations of the program's grantees and collaborating partners. The Finance and Operations Manager will ensure that partners adhere fully and transparently to Geneva Global’s financial standards and other administrative practices, offering mentorship and capacity strengthening as needed. The Finance an Operations Manager will embody those same standards in managing Geneva Global’s own finances and procedures.
