Direct reporting to the Board

Job Profile:
• Spearhead complete F&A for the Group with
• Establishing internal controls, budgeting MIS,
• Forecast, cash management, credit controls,
• Statutory compliances relating to
• Direct/indirect
• Indirect Tax compliance including
• Managing and providing leadership to the
• Business Support teams to ensure they are
• Inspired, engaged and motivated
• Ensuring that financials were in compliance
• International Financial Reporting Standards (|FRS)
