Job Title: Financial Management Accountant (1)
Reports to: Chief Finance Officer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing of Financial Statement for the year end.
  
• Preparation of budgets and cash flow projection reports.
  
• Preparing and submitting management financial reports.
  
• Preparing & submitting statutory returns and reports.
  
• Supervising and appraising staff performance.
  
• Supervising and monitoring the General ledger.
  
• Performing other duties as may become necessary for the smooth running of the Department or Company as a whole.
  

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Accounting) or Business Administration (Accounting) from a formally recognized institution.

• The applicant must be a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) or Institute of Certified Public Accountant of Uganda ICPA (U).
  
• A Masters degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage.
  
• At least five years of relevant experience in a Senior Position.
  
• Proficiency in relevant computerAccounting Packages (SAP Accounting System)
  
• Possess excellent analytical skills
  
• Good leadership skills
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Possess good interpersonal skills
  
• Must be result-oriented and a team player with a high degree of professionalism
