BACKGROUND
Smart Xuls Club, a pioneering initiative in Uganda, is embarking on a mission to enhance financial literacy and empower school-going students and youth. In pursuit of our comprehensive approach, we are expanding our team and inviting experienced professionals, including Business Consultants and Coaching Experts. Our projects aim to instill financial awareness, literacy, practical skills, and broader business acumen.

INTRODUCTION
Operating strategically in Kira and Wakiso, Smart Xuls Club is committed to fostering financial independence and responsible decision-making. We are now looking for qualified experts in financial education, business consultancy, and coaching to contribute to our multifaceted programs.

AIM OF THIS INVITATION TO TENDER
We are inviting skilled professionals to contribute their expertise in the following areas:
1. Financial Literacy Trainers: Specializing in imparting knowledge on the importance of financial literacy, planning, and budgeting.
2. Financial Management Trainers: Experts in providing practical training on financial management, including saving and investment strategies.
3. Business Consultants: Individuals with a proven track record in business strategy, financial planning, and entrepreneurship, contributing to the holistic development of the younger generation.
4. Coaching Experts: Professionals experienced in coaching and mentorship, guiding participants in personal and professional development, aligning with our commitment to comprehensive skill-building.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical area; advanced degree preferred.
• 3 – 5+ years of progressively responsible work experience in the respective fields.
• Experience collaborating with educational institutions, organizations, non-profits or businesses.
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the Ugandan context is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity.
• Fluency in English.
